As of March 18, 2019, Duo Multi-Factor Authentication isrequiredto use the Pulse VPN service. For more information and to enroll in Duo, please visit:Multi-Factor Authentication

After access is enabled, you will use your ACE username and password to log into the VPN service through the VPN client. If you are not a UNLV student or employee and need access, or do not know your ACE username or password, please contact the OIT Help Desk. Download the Junos Pulse VPN Client Faculty/Staff (requires UNLVMail authentication). Jul 14, 2015 8:51am The Mac OSX pulse client has been supported for several years now. The latest version I know of is 8.1r3.2. I have this code base running on my dev box and haven't had issues with running the Mac client in testing.

  • Download the Pulse Secure client for MacOS here.
  1. The Pulse Client creates a secure connection to your corporate Pulse Connect Secure SSL VPN gateway to provide instant access to business applications and data from anywhere at any time.
  2. NOTE: To complete the installation, you will need to allow the Pulse Secure VPN client to load on your computer. To do this, open System Preferences Security & Privacy General, and click the Allow button. Click on the new Pulse icon near the clock on the top of your screen, then click 'Open Junos Pulse'.

Installation

Open the package, click Continue, then Install.

Note: If you are having trouble finding the file after download, trying looking on your desktop or in the downloads folder located in the Dock.

Click Close once installation is completed.

Go to your Applications folder and click on the Pulse Secure icon to start.

Click the plus sign + Xforce keygen 2017 64 bit free. to make a new connection.

Enter a name for the connection.
For Server URL, enter:
vpn.vanderbilt.edu
Click Add.


Click Connect on your newly created connection.

Read the VPN Pre Sign-in Notification and click Proceed.

Enter your VUnetID and ePassword when prompted for login credentials.

Enter your secondary password from Multi-factor Authentication.

While connected, you should see an icon in the status bar.

When you are ready to disconnect, go to the Pulse Secure window and click Disconnect.

NOTE: If you are unable to connect:

    • Disconnect from all other VPNs.
    • Restart your computer.
    • If you are still unable to connect, submit a Help Desk ticket for assistance.
  1. Download the Pulse Secure VPN Client.
  2. Install the program you just downloaded with the default settings.
    NOTE: To complete the installation, you will need to allow the Pulse Secure VPN client to load on your computer. To do this, open System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General, and click the Allow button.
  3. Click on the new Pulse icon near the clock on the top of your screen, then click 'Open Junos Pulse'.
  4. Click the '+' symbol in the lower left corner of the window.
  5. Enter:
    • Name: Anything you want, but 'MLML VPN' is a good one.
    • Server URL: https://access.mlml.calstate.edu
  6. Click the 'Add' button.
  7. The connection you just added will show up under the 'Connections' banner. Click the 'Connect' button.
  8. A dialog box may pop up to tell you there's a problem with the security certificate; this is normal.
  9. Click the 'Save settings' checkbox.
  10. Click the 'OK' button.
  11. Enter your VPN username and password.
  12. Click the 'Connect' button.
  13. If everything was entered correctly, you should be connected to MLML's VPN within a few seconds. Feel free to close the Junos Pulse window; you'll stay connected.
